As of today, September 29, 2006, I am 193 days pregnant and the baby (fetus) is 178 days old. That doesn’t make 100% sense to me but that’s what the books say. I still find that the whole pregnancy count is crazy. You would think pregnancy lasts for 9 months but in reality it is 10 months from start to end. No clue.

The baby has been kicking a lot lately and I have been able to see my tummy move when she kicks. It is the most amazing feeling in the world. As the kicks and punches get stronger, I am not sure I will be quite as happy about it but it is wonderful now. I love being pregnant. It is the best experience of my life and I am so lucky to be able to share it with you.

Hi this is my first post and pretty much a test. I am currently 27 weeks along and just started my third trimester. Yikes! So, as of right now the baby is about the size of a bag of flour but only weighs around 2 1/2 pounds. She would measure in at approximately 15 inches from head to toe. Our doctor said that she has long legs so that measurement might be a little off. I read yesterday that her lungs have developed enough now so that in the case she is born very soon (everyone pray that doesn’t happen) she could breath on her own. That’s exciting. Marc felt the baby kick again last night and I love that!
